Do you want to host a Masterpiece Ministry
Workshop or Conference?
Workshop or Conference?
Requirement Key #1
Requirement Key #2 - Cost to Host Church or host ministry
Masterpiece Ministries pays for Minister Gail's air fare, advertising, printing, web design, posters, carries all the many associated ministry expenses and does all the administration.
With the exception of lodging, meals and transportation (back and forth from the airport/conference location) for Minister Gail and possibly her assistant and that which is offered or volunteered, as well as all those in the church who register and pay their conference registration fees, there is very little cost to the host church.
Specific Cost information
All church and dance team members who attend must each pay the registration fee. The host coordinator and one assistant, may attend for free, but they will be in constant service with Min. Gail. The assistant will help as needed with registration and other duties. All participants must pay the conference fees.
Your dance ministry must have five (5) fully paid members in order to get the group rate. If you have additional members they must register before the conference to get the same rate.
The host and the assistant must still register (preferably as soon as it is posted) so we will have their waiver forms and will receive a coupon code to get a discount rate. So, if the host and the assistant register before the early savings cut off, it will be free. If they register after the early savings cut off, they will receive a percentage off of the current rate.
Marketing and advertising
Min. Gail will do all of the advertising via email, Facebook and her website. The host church must provide contact information for ten (10) local churches or organizations that they know have active dance ministries. There must be a minimum of (thirty) 30 registered and paid participants and location for Minister Gail to come.
Travel and Transportaion Arrangements
If the host church is more that 2 hours away, Minister Gail will pay her own airfare to your city. Someone should be specifically appointed to pick her up from the airport and be available to transport her (and possibly her assistant) to and from the host church.
Meals and Lodging
The host church must pay for the hotel accommodations for Minister Gail, preferably one that includes breakfast. All other meals for by Min. Gail. If your church would like to provide healthy meals for the participants (free of low cost), Min. Gail will eat with them.
