VENDOR AGREEMENT *

All vendor booths will be supplied with one 6' x 30” skirted table and two chairs. Electrical outlets are available. (1) One chair will be provided for each table. Nametags will be provided for identification purposes. We ask that all Vendor’s and their assistants wear them throughout the event Set up time will be on Friday July 14th, 2017 beginning at 8AM All booths must be taken down by END OF CONFERENCE on Sat July 15th, 2017 There will be no sharing of booths Only vendors on the approved vendor list paid and will be allowed to set-up. Be sure to bring your receipt as confirmation. Placement will be assigned by order of completed applications and fees received before June 15, 2017. Specific area placement will only be considered if necessary for proper display of products. Racks must fit behind the table or you will be accessed the two table fee Vendors are encouraged to visit other booths and network throughout the facility, but please make sure all booths are manned during open hours. Open hours will be posted. The Masterpiece Ministries/Arise PDBC conference has the right to refuse rental or setup of any booth space they deem inappropriate, or out of the lines of products benefiting Dance and Worship Art Ministries We are requesting that all vendors make a donation for the special gifts and prizes that will be presented during the conference, at check in on Friday. Your business will be advertised as the supplier of the gift Payment in full is required with signed vendor agreement and is due by July 1, 2017 Due to limited spaces, booth space will not be guaranteed until the deposit is received Payments may be made by Paypal, credit card and money order CANCELLATIONS - All vendor fees are non-refundable after June 30th, 2017 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION - All vendors may register to participate in the conference (i.e. take the classes/sessions) for ½ (one half) of the regular conference registration fee Registration is not complete until the final payment is made The Arise PDBC/Gail Glover Faust/Bethel AME Church is not responsible for stolen, damaged property or any injuries incurred while participating in this conference. Gail G. Faust, Columbia Community Arts Centre, teachers staff and its affiliates are hereby released from any legal ramifications from any such injuries.
